Acid Rain

Have you ever heard of Acid Rain? Well acid rain is very harmful to us humans and plants and animals. Acid Rain contains more acid then normal rain. Acid Rain is formed by the burning of a lot of sulfur, which produces sulfur oxides. Acid rain is very strong. It is so strong it can damage the surfaces of buildings and statues. Acid Rain harms ponds and lakes which is harmful to plants, amphibians, fish and insects so they can no longer survive. Some actions that humans can take to prevent Acid Rain are not burning so much coal so that there is not as much sulfur oxides in the air. That is what Acid Rain is, does and how you can prevent Acid Rain.
